Creator Rules

What contributing artists agree to when publishing through the Pure AI Radio Creators Portal.

1. Originality and rights

Every track you upload must be your own work. It must not be a copy or close variation, in title or composition, of an existing copyrighted song.

Tracks must have been generated under a paid subscription plan that grants commercial rights. You indemnify Pure AI Radio and its associates against any claim by a rights society, publisher or third party.

2. Declarations

All three declarations on the song upload form are mandatory. A song cannot be saved or submitted until each one is confirmed.

3. What you can publish

Up to 4 artist personas, 10 songs, 9 music videos, 12 PAIR awards, news articles of up to 250 words, and a set of external links. Audio files are limited to 30 MB each.

4. Review

Nothing appears publicly until a PAIR administrator approves it. Edits to approved content return it to review. Approval can be withdrawn if content is later found to breach these rules.

5. Content standards

No unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory or sexually explicit material. No impersonation of other artists. Artwork and images must be yours to use.

6. Downloads

You choose whether each track is stream-only or available as a free download. Download links are only shown when you allow it.

7. Membership and visibility

You can build your page and save drafts at any time. Submitting for review and public visibility require an active membership; after a lapse there is a 7-day grace period before your page is hidden.
