Refund Policy
How refunds work for Pure AI Radio Creators Portal memberships.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your membership, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
2. How to request a refund
Membership payments are processed by Stripe. To request a refund, contact us through the support area of your dashboard and we will review your request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
3. Cancelling instead
If you simply want to stop future payments, you can cancel your membership at any time from the Membership and Billing page of your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
4. Complimentary memberships
Complimentary or invite-based memberships (for example beta tester accounts) are free of charge, so no refund applies to them.
