How Pure AI Radio handles the personal information you provide through the Creators Portal.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The Pure AI Radio Creators Portal is operated by Peter Unstead, trading as GAP Records and Pure AI Radio (PAIR). Peter Unstead T/A GAP Records is the data controller for the personal information collected through the portal.

2. What we collect

Account details you provide when registering: name, artist name, contact email and country, plus your login credentials (stored only as secure hashes).

Content you upload: biography, images, audio, videos, news and links.

Support messages you send through the portal, and usage, device and connection data such as IP address and sign-in events.

Operational records: moderation decisions and membership status changes.

3. How we use it and why

To create and operate your account and public artist page, to review submitted content, to manage membership, and to provide customer support (legal basis: performance of our contract with you).

To keep the portal secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain audit records (legal basis: legitimate interests).

To contact you about the portal and, where you have agreed, to send updates (legal basis: legitimate interests or consent).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

4. Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the portal, such as hosting, database and support tooling providers, who process data only on our instructions.

Stripe, which processes your membership payments and subscription management on our behalf.

Professional advisers (for example legal or accounting) where needed, and authorities where the law requires it.

Some of these recipients may be located outside your country; where data is transferred internationally we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

5. What is public

Only approved content on an active membership is shown publicly: your artist name, bio, images, approved songs, awards, videos, news and links. Your legal name, email address and account records are never published.

6. Storage and security

Data is held in a managed, access-controlled database with row-level security, and files are stored in private buckets served through short-lived signed links. Administrative actions are recorded in an audit log. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and strict access controls.

7. Cookies

The portal uses only essential cookies and storage needed to keep you signed in and operate the service. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies.

8. Retention and deletion

Your content is retained while your account exists, and records are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations. If a membership lapses, your public page is hidden rather than deleted. You may ask for your account and content to be permanently deleted at any time; data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

9. Your rights and contact

Depending on your country, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, to data portability, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority. You can exercise most of these rights from your dashboard, or by contacting the PAIR team through the support area. We respond to requests within one month.
