Terms of Use

1. About the portal and the seller

The Pure AI Radio Creators Portal is operated by Peter Unstead, trading as GAP Records and Pure AI Radio (PAIR). When you use the portal or buy a membership, you are contracting with Peter Unstead T/A GAP Records.

Using the portal, whether as a visitor or a member, means you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal.

2. Membership

Paid membership is US$14.99 per month and renews automatically until cancelled. From time to time PAIR may also grant complimentary or invite-based memberships (for example to beta testers) on the terms notified with the invitation.

You may build your artist page and save drafts without an active membership. Submitting content for review, publishing, and appearing on the public site require an active membership.

If a membership lapses you keep full access for a 7-day grace period. After that your public page is hidden rather than deleted, and your content remains available in your dashboard.

3. Payments, billing and refunds

Membership fees are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles payment processing, subscription management and related tax documentation on our behalf.

You agree to Stripe’s applicable terms and privacy policy when completing checkout. Our Refund Policy is available at /refund.

You can cancel your membership at any time from the Membership and Billing page of your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the music, artwork and text you upload. By submitting content you grant Pure AI Radio a non-exclusive licence to host, display and promote it within the portal and PAIR channels, solely to operate and promote the service.

You confirm that you hold the rights to everything you upload, that your tracks are not copies or close variations of existing copyrighted songs, and that they were produced under a plan granting commercial rights.

If a rights holder believes content on the portal infringes their rights, they can contact us through the portal support area and we will review and, where appropriate, remove the content. Repeated infringement may lead to account suspension or closure.

6. Review and moderation

All submitted content is reviewed by PAIR before it appears publicly. PAIR may reject, hide or remove content, and may suspend or close an account, where content breaches these terms or the Creator Rules.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the portal. This includes unlawful use, fraud or spam, uploading hateful, defamatory or infringing material, infringing intellectual property rights, attempting to gain unauthorised access, and interfering with the security or operation of the portal (including introducing malware, probing, or scraping).

8. Intellectual property

Pure AI Radio retains ownership of the portal itself and its intellectual property, including the software, documentation and branding. Your membership gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the portal for as long as your membership is active.

9. Service level and liability

The portal is provided on an as-is basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are excluded and Pure AI Radio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including loss of profits, data or goodwill) arising from use of the portal. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your public page is hidden and your content is retained in line with the Privacy Policy; you may ask for permanent deletion at any time.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the portal news. Questions can be raised through the support area of your dashboard.
